Return Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

Hassel free Return. Our only motto is to make customers happy.

  • Notify us immediately at cs@namastefashions.com with a valid reason of return of shipment along with proof of purchase and shipment confirmation details. After receiving an acknowledgement from our Customer Service team, will provide step by step guide to return back the product.
    • If you have ordered a wrong size, no problem! We will exchange it with the right size subject to availability.
    • If you are not happy with the product, you may wish to return it by following our standard return policy.
    • In case of manufacturing defect with the item, it can be returned to us within 7 business days of receipt and you will be refunded after the items have been inspected by our team. The product will be self-shipped by the customer.
    • You may cancel an order within 2 hours of order completion.
    • You may change the delivery address within 6 hours of order placed.
    • We are not obligated to honor returns of damaged product by the customers.
    • Return shipments need to be securely and safely packed to prevent loss and damages during transit.
    • Items on Sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
    • Intimate clothing are non-returnable and we offer no refunds.
    • All applicable shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Any alteration to the product is not permissible for return or exchange.
    • For Apparel, cover the package in polythene plastic and return it in an envelope to avoid damage due to rain.
    • In case you are self-shipping your returns back to us, notify our Customer Support with shipment details.

For United States, UK & Australia customers:

  • Return/exchange of products need to be notified to Customer Service within 10 business days of receiving the shipment by e-mail. Please make sure that the items are securely packed and shipped to our exact address.

For India & UAE customers:

  • Return/exchange of products need to be notified to Customer Service within 2 business days of receiving the shipment by e-mail. Please make sure that the items are securely packed and shipped to our exact address.

How do I return products?

It's a simple 2 step process:

  • Notify us immediately at cs@namastefashions.com with a valid reason of return of shipment along with proof of purchase and shipment confirmation details. After receiving an acknowledgement from our Customer Service team, will provide step by step guide to return back the product.
  • In case of damaged goods, please send us the product image along with your reason.

Refund Policy:

If you request a refund, the agreed price will be refunded to you using

  • Payment method (to your bank account)
  • Namaste Points (use the same for future purchases)

Where do I send my return?

Region specific Customer Service representative will notify you with shipping details.

How long will the entire process take?

It can take up to 7 - 10 business days to receive your return, depending on your region and courier services. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and initiate the process within 48 hours to ensure refund/exchange as quickly as possible.

A confirmation email will be notified during the process.

Do I get shipment charges for returning damaged products?

No.

Customer Service will provide you step by step pick-up or drop-off instructions with necessary tracking information.

Do I get charged for returning products/for a size exchange/dislike a product?

Yes

Extra shipping charges will be applicable.
