Q. How to order a product?

Ans. Ordering a product is pretty simple.

  • Select the relevant product.
  • Add product to your shopping bag. (Click button to Add to Cart is available on every product page)
  • Once you done shopping. Click on shopping bag and click CHECKOUT
  • PAY with available payment options.

Q. Will I get the product as per the picture?

Ans. Yes, you will get almost identical product.  A slight color variation is expected as picture may vary from actual product.

Return and Refund:

Q. What items are not returnable?

Ans. Items falling under following categories CANNOT be returned

  • Intimate clothing are non-returnable and we offer no refunds
  • Custom stitched products
  • Items on Sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
  • Products damaged by the customers
  • Used products are not returnable

Q. Can I return a part of my order?

Ans. Yes, a part order can be returned with applicable region specific return policy.

Q. When will the refunded be processed for my returned product?

Ans. We will initiate the refund once the product is received and the reason of refund is verified by our product specialist. Typically a refund will be credited to customer account after 5-7 business days or a credit note is emailed from the customer service department for future purchases.

Shipping:

Q. Namaste Fashion ships product to which countries?

Ans. We ship all across the globe with applicable shipping charges. For easy shipping we operate at various regions and countries like INDIA, United States, United Kingdom, Australia and United Arab Emirates.

Q. What is the estimated product delivery time?

Ans. The estimated product delivery time depends upon the method of shipment and the region where the product is being ordered. Typically standard INDIA shipping is 7 - 10 business days. For standard international shipments it may take 15 – 20 days, or based on custom clearance, seize and location of delivery of the order. For large shipments please contact our Customer Service at Namaste Fashion.

Q. How can I track the delivery of my order?

Ans. All the items are delivered through reputed logistics partners who will provide a tracking number for the shipment. Our fulfilment team shall provide and update the tracking information on your order and the buyer is always notified. You may also track your order by longing into user Namaste Fashion account.

Payment:

Q. How do I pay for a purchase?

Ans. Namaste Fashion offers you multiple payment methods. You may use Internet Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card and use e-wallets to make your purchase.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for credit card purchase. You may see “Manage My Dream, LLC – 212.203.4455” as the process of payment. Alternatively our sales agents are available to process your payment by phone with an additional service fee.

Order Status:

Q. How do I check the current shipment status of my orders?

Ans. You may check the status of the shipment by logging into the user 'My Account' section, click on the 'My Orders' link to view the shipment status of your order. Alternatively you may email our customer service representatives at Namaste Fashion. 

Q. What happens to the order in case of payment failure?

Ans. While placing an order, if your payment fails you will not receive a payment confirmation if you wish to purchase the products, you may go ahead and re-order the products once again.

Shopping:

Q. Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Namaste Fashion website?

Ans. Nope, you can shop on Namaste Fashion as a “Guest user” by providing your email ID.
